Leslie

Leslie has lived in SE Asia for a year. She returned to the states for a year of school and is now back in SE Asia preparing for her next term on the field. She joined with an agency that sends Christian English teachers overseas. Her commitment is for three years. During this time, she will be able to work on a Master's Degree as well, which could open doors for even more possibilities in the future.

During her first term on the field, Leslie taught American Culture in a university and was able to have an impact on many students. She was also able to build relationships with several of the girls who showed an interest in Leslie's beliefs. Teaching English will help to open many doors in an area where missionary work is not officially allowed.

Pray for Leslie as she prepares with this new agency to teach English in SE Asia and show the love of Christ through this.  Pray that Leslie will connect with her students and other members of the team. Pray for Leslie, as she adjusts to a new culture.
