Tom and Anita Cole

  God has been using Tom and Anita in ministry for many years. Until 2007 they served as teachers, servants and leaders at GCC. Tom has served as an elder for the last couple of years. But during the Fall of 2006, God called Tom and Anita to yet another level of commitment in ministry.

  As of April 2007, they sold the farm, most of their possessions, and began full-time ministry. Knoxville, TN is the Cole’s new “home base” from which they will travel across the U.S. and around the world. Their main mission will be to help young churches grow in their discipleship and leadership in order to make a more substantial impact for Christ. They have traveled to Guyana, Suriname, Columbia, and Tom has gone to Nigeria.

  Although their weekly presence is missed at GCC, we are happy to be able to send out our best into the mission field. And who knows?--perhaps God will inspire more "retired" couples from Greencastle to sell the farm and move into full-time ministry!
